Who We Are
E. Shekhman Consulting is a strategic marketing and business development consultancy that partners with higher education institutions to strengthen their overall brand, align messaging across stakeholders, and authentically represent the student experience.
I bring a distinctive expertise to how Jewish life is seen and felt, ensuring that Jewish student needs, narratives, and visibility are integrated into broader campus marketing, communications, and inclusion strategies. This focus enables institutions to tell a complete story of student life—one that is inclusive, credible, and sustainable.
My work is student- and family-centered, rooted in the lived experiences of Jewish stakeholders. We generally begin our partnerships with Student Affairs, the area most directly responsible for shaping students’ day-to-day experiences through policies, communications, and support systems. From there, we adopt a broad institutional lens to assess and address the interconnected factors that influence campus climate. Through this cross-functional approach, we help universities identify gaps, align internal efforts, and develop strategies that enable Jewish students to feel safe, supported, and proud members of their campus communities.
